How To Override The Negative Thoughts and Reprogram The Mind
The first step is to recognise these negative thoughts and realise that they are not positive. Once you are able to identify these thoughts as negative then you are on the right track for changing and having full control of your mind and thoughts.
It is very important that you try to make a conscious effort every day to only think of positive thoughts and ignore the negative ones, that way you are teaching yourself to only think and focus on positive thoughts.
Once this is mastered you become like the pianist and eventually you will be learning a new skill of positive thinking and mindfulness.
Effectively you will reprogram your neurological paths to only focus and expand on positive thoughts.
